In English, we will be looking at how to write a debate for our non-fiction work, by the end of this writing unit the children will have chance to present their debate to a member of staff in school. For our poetry piece we will be drawing inspiration from the Jabberwocky. We will also be looking at a range of different texts in Whole Class Reading to support our writing and comprehension. Our class book this term is “The Explorer” which I think you will all enjoy.

In Maths, we will be focusing on geometry. This will include learning all about angles, translations and lines of symmetry.
