It's normal to feel a bit worried, scared or helpless about the current situation. Remember: it is OK to share your concerns with others you trust – and doing so may help them too.

* Don't believe everything you read online.
Try to limit the amount of time you and your children spend online. It's easy to get caught up in social media and reading news updates. Only read information on trustworthy sites and ignore fake news.
* Time for a new hobby?
Make an effort to spend time doing something you enjoy, or something you've been meaning to try for awhile. Spend some time as a family trying out one another's hobbies.
* And relax...
This can really help with difficult emotions and worries and can improve our well-being. Take some time to relax and take stock of what's important. Free apps such as 'Headspace for kids'(or adults) and 'Calm' can be useful to help you focus on your breathing and lower anxiety. Useful for the whole family!
